Each of the Core Web Vitals represents a distinct facet of the user experience, is measurable in the field, and reflects the real-world experience of a critical user-centric outcome. In this talk, we will explore what the Core Web Vitals are and how to measure them, their connection to user experience and business benefits, and some common challenges and strategies that site owners might face when optimizing them.

How to keep your web apps healthy

Web Vitals are coming, you know that. But how do we stay compliant while keeping performance along with developer experience at the top level? In the first part, we will focus on mapping business needs on technical requirements set by Core Web Vitals and explain some of the business/technical choices that we needed to do to come up with a sustainable product. In the second part, we will describe the implementation of the crucial optimizations and how we achieved our goals of meeting uncompromising Lighthouse scores while maintaining the modular and extensible architecture.
