Plans and their prices

Shopify offers three main pricing plans designed for different business needs:

1. Basic Shopify – This plan is ideal for new and small businesses that are just getting started with online sales. It starts at $32 per month and offers all the basic features needed to launch an online store, including accounts for two employees, unlimited products, and 24/7 support.
   
   
2. Shopify – For businesses that need more features to grow, there’s the Shopify plan for $92 per month. In addition to the features included in the Basic plan, this plan offers accounts for five employees, professional reports, and lower transaction fees.
   
   
3. Advanced Shopify – This plan is designed for large businesses and e-commerce stores that need advanced data management and analytics tools. For $399 per month, you get detailed reports, 15 employee accounts, and the best transaction fees available.

You can start for free and pay only $1 for the first month, as well as you can change plans as you grow. If you choose to pay annually instead of monthly, you can save up to 25% on your chosen plan.

Application fees

1. Klaviyo

Klaviyo is an advanced email and SMS marketing platform that allows you to create targeted campaigns based on customer behavior.

Price: Basic plan is free for 250 contacts, pricing for larger databases starts at $20/month.

2. SEO Manager

SEO Manager helps optimize your online store for search engines and offers over 20 different features and tools to improve SEO.

Price: The app costs 29 USD/month, which includes ongoing support and updates.

3. Yotpo

Yotpo is a review management platform that allows customers to leave product and store reviews.

Price: The basic version is for free, for advanced features such as email campaigns to collect reviews you need to upgrade to paid plans, which start at USD 15 per month.

4. Shopify Email

Shopify Email offers a simple way to create and send marketing emails directly from your admin interface.

Price: Free for basic use with a limit of 10,000 emails per month. For higher volumes, the price starts at $1 for every 1,000 additional emails.

Transaction fees and card fees

Shopify charges two types of fees associated with sales:

Conversion fee (transaction fees): 
If you use a payment gateway other than Shopify Payments, you will be charged transaction fees for each sale. These fees range from 0.6% to 2% per transaction, depending on your plan, and cover the costs associated with integrating Shopify with your third-party payment provider.

Card payments fee: 
There are also credit card processing fees that range from 1.6% + 30 cents to 1.9% + 30 cents per transaction, again depending on the plan.

How much does Shopify Plus cost

Shopify Plus is a premium version of the platform designed specifically for large enterprises and fast-growing brands that require advanced features, high levels of customization, and extended support. This platform is ideal for high-volume e-commerce stores that need a robust solution capable of handling complex operations and providing customers with a seamless shopping experience.

Shopify Plus pricing is usually individually determined based on a merchant’s specific needs and requirements. The rate is not fixed and everyone must negotiate the price that best fits their size and turnover.

Starting prices:

The base price usually starts at $2,300 per month. However, this amount can be higher depending on many factors such as sales volume, number of pages and transactions, or your specific needs.

Price based on sales: 

In some cases, the price can also be negotiated based on a percentage of your store’s turnover. This solution can be advantageous for very large e-shops with high sales volume
